The Church Directory will only be shared with Church Members.   The Elders will provide access to others on a case by case basis when deemed appropriate.

Please put a name for the household. i.e. Joe and Judy Brown if a couple or a family. If a single person, just put a full name. If you share a house with other adult members, please fill out a unique entry for each member.
